Data management
Structuring a rich and diverse service offering to unlock its full value.
Clearer services, simpler processes
The challenge
Navigating multiple enrollment pathways within a structured institutional environment.
The website needed to accommodate various types of training programs and address diverse contexts: individual participants, businesses, subsidized and non-subsidized courses. Each scenario came with its own requirements, both in terms of the information to collect and the associated administrative processing.
Concretely, the platform had to manage:
- distinct enrollment logics depending on the type of training
- conditional fields varying according to participant profiles
- program-specific administrative requirements
- validation rules tailored to each scenario
At the same time, the project had to comply with the technical and organizational constraints of the Centre de services scolaire. Integration needed to occur within the existing technological framework, in close collaboration with their IT team, without compromising stability or internal processes. The challenge was to design a flexible user-facing solution while maintaining structured administrative rigor behind the scenes.
Our approach
Designing the experience around real needs while structuring data for efficient processing.
We began by refining the information architecture to make the offering clearer and more intuitive. Training programs were reorganized and presented in a way that allows users to quickly understand the available options.
We then developed an advanced form logic capable of adapting to different use cases. Rather than relying on a single generic form, the platform adjusts based on the type of training and the participant profile.
Finally, we implemented a centralized enrollment management system, enabling the internal team to easily access, export and process registration data efficiently.
Service aux entreprises
A structure designed to support operational realities
Each training page serves as a clear entry point toward the appropriate action. Information is carefully structured to support readability and informed decision-making.
Built on WordPress in close collaboration with the client’s IT team, the platform adapts to various enrollment scenarios and centralizes data to efficiently support administrative processing. The solution directly supports day-to-day operations through:
- pathways configured according to the type of training
- consistent structuring of collected data
- simplified registration management
Technical note
Modular multi-scenario form architecture with advanced data centralization and export capabilities.
Digital identity
An image aligned with the quality of the services offered
The redesign provided an opportunity to refresh the visual identity of the Service aux entreprises through a more contemporary and structured interface. Emphasis was placed on typographic clarity, visual hierarchy, and the effective presentation of training programs.
The Formations en entreprise page quickly became one of the primary engagement points, confirming the relevance of the new content organization.
Enrollment framework
A modular logic tailored to different pathways
Forms configured by training type
Each pathway triggers a specific configuration, with dynamic fields aligned to the actual requirements of the program.
Centralized entry management
All registrations are consolidated within the CMS, enabling structured tracking and streamlined data exports.
Aligned with internal constraints
The solution was developed in accordance with the client’s existing procedures and technological infrastructure.
Observed results
A platform that meaningfully supports engagement and enrollment.
Since launch, key metrics indicate a tangible improvement in user interaction. The restructuring of content and clarification of pathways have encouraged deeper exploration of the site and more engaged navigation.
The optimization of enrollment processes has also helped better channel visitor intent into concrete actions.

Enhancing the visibility of job opportunities
Alongside the Service aux entreprises project, we also supported the Centre de services scolaire des Découvreurs in improving its recruitment platform.
Our mandate focused on structuring the candidate experience through a refined information architecture and the design of UX/UI wireframes. The objective was to make job postings clearer, navigation more intuitive, and the overall experience more aligned with the organization’s digital ecosystem.
